It is going through a game quickly, but Nintendo here is tackling TAS runs or in other words Tool Asisted Speedruns. These runs require an emulator and such and I would guess thats the main reason Nintendo wants them down.
While they do require an emulator to create the input to the game, if properly done can actually be replayed on an actual console.

I've noticed that BL isn't correctly synced, too. A .ogg loop or sound that I've made to be, for example, 4 seconds, isn't synced with an event with 4000 delay.
I'm pretty sure BL has weird timing issues with sounds. I tried to make a music system once with an intro .ogg and looping .ogg and had to change the intro-to-loop delay from what it was in my audio software.

Well you can split the normals without splitting the actual faces so this doesn't happen.

Are you just trying to get it to turn 180 degrees from the original vector or are you trying to make it bounce as in leaving the surface with the same angle as it hit the surface?
