Help / Why do my guns and thrown weapons not work right?

I made a gun weapon a while ago, i packed it, put it in my add ons folder, and it showed up in the list but not in the wrench menu.Can anyone tell me how this could be fixed?

Well...not too big but not too small.Big enough that it has maybe 2 islands that are big enough to have at least 4 or 5 48X48 or larger buildings on it, and a small forest...not too big but not too small...

I suck at maps...I use MS paint...it sucks.So can someone make me a good RPG map for my Medieval RPG(btw just make it whatever ill build it... just dont make it too big)

I have to definite map idea yet so make a random RPG map and ill build it =P

Freeze gun
"Burns" players(but not black, light cyan) and freezes them for 10 seconds.Like a flamethrower but more "strong"(wider more ice looking) "flame"(thats light cyan/white)
