You need to buy the expansion to get the new souls though, Including the badass melee mage.


Rift's dungeons are fantastic, Not easy in any way. The community is awesome and the game world is just so good, Storm legions expansion areas are even better. I like the characters too, And so many achievements that actually give you titles and minipets and things. oh and dimensions where you can build houses and guild houses or mazes or whatever you want, And eventually you'll be able to make your own dungeons and things. And the little sparkly collectables that you can trade in sets of for money and mounts or clothing and things, And Crafting Rifts and Raid Rifts and PVP Rifts and~ Oh man.

The Aurora Wager is a game created for the 7 Day Rogue Like event.



The game is about you (Jebe) and your buddy (Frits), your arch nemesis (Frederik), and your wager to make it to the North Pole first. By hot air balloon, naturally!

You will face many per­ils on your way North, and you will have to fre­quently pop down and explore to find the mate­ri­als you need to succeed.

We had to cut a boatload of features to get the download up in time, but we think this is the most minimal version of the game that’s fun to play.

We were inspired by lots of things! The biggest and most direct influences are:

- Roguelikes!
- Proteus
- Kerbal Space Program
- Dear Esther
- Last Exile
- Steamboy
- Minecraft
- Music we played (Kettel, Emeralds, Ochre, Biosphere, Deru, more)

Controls:

Use: Left Mouse Button
Pick up: Right Mouse Button
Jump: Space
Sprint: Left Shift
Cancel: Right Mouse Button

Grappling hook can reel in items (or the ship) by pressing pickup once latched.

(We know the controls are a bit confusing at the moment (when to press use or pickup) and are working on it. Also, we’re adding a sprint button.)

I was surprised to see that there's no recent topic for this game, It's out and it's received tons of praise.

Destructoid 10/10 - Well, I already said it. BioShock Infinite is damn near perfect.
PC Gamer 91% - BioShock Infinite is something extraordinary, and no one should miss it.
Rock Paper Shotgun - I’m not convinced it will live quite as long in our collective memory as its parent. It sure does make me want to use superlatives like ‘majestic’, ‘lavish’ and ‘spectacular’ over and over again, though.

Badspot made a new game!



Perennial is a platforming game. The intention is to have smooth technical operation combined with a pure aesthetic that isn't gummed up by standard video game tropes like words.

The game uses a custom engine with some cool features:

    Runs at any resolution and aspect ratio without distortion or blurring
    Supports refresh rates up to 120hz
    Fullscreen borderless window mode for easy alt+tabbing
    Joystick support with hotplugging (ie plug in joystick after game is running)
    Modest hardware requirements (runs well on my netbook)

What was this game made by somebody in the community, I don't recall exactly who made it, pload, rontondo, wedge? Somebody like that, You were a cube that you could skin and you rolled around doing a puzzle, And it was made in torque. I've done a bit of searching on the forums and google but not found it :(

For the record we're talking quite a few years ago.

Love is a game that I have been developing for over five years, alone and without funding.

I have tried to make the game of my dreams and to push the envelope of what a game can be in every area. After countless iterations, innovations, and experiments I think I have created something special. Love has become a game unlike any other.

Now I really think you should play it.

So much that I'm making the game FREE.



Just download the game and start playing.

LOVE is a cooperative online first person adventure game. You play as a scavanger on a small planet who together with other scvangers will build a settlement by placeing a Monolith some where in the world. This Monolith makes the ground lose so that you can shape the environment around it in to what ever you want. Build walls, catacoms, houses and shape your settlement any way you want.

 If you donate you will become a supporter and get a mail with a 14 digit voucher code. With it you can create an account in the game that gives you some perks. They are: They are:

Ability to move the Rally Point.
Persistent character name, look and title
Adult sized characters (everyone else is kids)
Ability to get infused (very late game)
