Modification Help / How To Port Addons For V9?

I was just wondering if anyone can explain to me an EASY way to port addons, mods, and maps for V9?

First: I think i should make it clear that IM NOT GOING TO POST ANYTHING!! - Withouth anyone's permission that is... And if I can get this to work, any of you addon makers out there want me to post anything for you i can.

Im not a super computer genus ( although i do have some knowlage in the category ) so i'll need this to be explained understandable for someone with not much experience.

I just want to know how to do this so i can use addons from V8 on my single player servers. And if thats aginst the rules too, then i apologize, I did not know that.

all those awsome weapons that Gikon made for V9 that all got put in the fail bin because all the links stopped working because he got banned or something:

where can i get those?

all i really want is:

the diablo flamthrower thing,
the cobra,
the saw thing,
and the nail gun
