https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/leckerlabs/yomee/descriptionho boy its another attempt at trying to fix a non-existent problem. much like many other failed kickstarters, it tries to copy keurig by selling you crap in pods that you have to make on their machines. each yogurt pod is like a dollar, which is the same price as just going to the grocery store and buying a cup of yogurt. lol
this sound familiar?

edit: here's a list of failed pod-based machines so far (please reply to this thread if you want to add another one to this list):
- (very likely) the yomee (looking at what has failed in the past)
- juicero - made a $700 dollar juicer (later reduced to $400), used proprietary packs that you could actually squeeze by hand instead of using the machine. no wonder that eventually juicero had to give out refunds to customers
- keurig kold - keurig's attempt at getting into the soda business - if their pod-based model worked with coffee, they could do it with soda, right??? haha, no: the machine was too expensive, over 380 dollars (at least it's better than the juicero) when you could just get an 80 dollar sodastream, and on top of that, people are drinking soda less and less because they'd rather not die of obesity, and the final nail in the coffin was that the machine itself was garbage: it seemed much bigger and fatter than even the original xbox, was loud as all hell, and wasnt even reliable
