Hey guies, I have this situation where this chick who totally wants my junk came up to me in some social setting, all but made out and hand job'd me in front of my parents with several witnesses to my obvious loveyness, and I have to spend the next amount of undetermined time to reflect on how the second I get out side, this chick will still be there to totally attest to my bad boy status thus making me some kinda chick magnet for a good long while, but yet I'm going to complain about it because I'm 10, girls are yucky, and I think I might be gay.

They are most likely testing it right now making sure that it can work within TF2 without any problems. I'd give it a 90% it won't be in TF2. Public TF2 shouldn't be a problem but official scrims will more likely have a ban on the class.
