For instance some one would make a pack of decals using some other decals would they double up in the avatar menu or as count as the other ones (Meaning if decal.png was already loaded it reads the 2nd one and counts it as the first) or separate ones?

I haven't been able to see yet but assuming Badspot did, the way the water bricks work is that they spawn a water block inside of the brick which can only be certain sizes in the first place, making the waterblock any size other then the power of two it'll automatically round of to the nearest power of 2. So if you made a 50x50 brick it'll round off to ether 32x32 or 64x64 making you fall in some parts of the brick.

Well... thats funny now V9 is released, the only set back is I have to review the vehicle scripts and Rky might have a fit over some thing but I sort of designed the mod to be in a folder just like the V9 add-on zips so no messing around with files.
