How do i force someone to join mini right after they spawn?

how do i admin someone without screaming out the pass?

There is an Add-on some where you may have to search for it

Ethier make a box or teleport you and the other player far away and put the password on bricks then destroy them once they are admin.

Vista is Microsoft's latest offensive on PC gaming.  They're trying to kill off pc gaming so more cigarettes will buy xboxes. 

Do you have anything to backup these claims? I know Vista sucks for gaming but that just sounds outrageous.
