Its not Retail its your mouse, I had a mouse that did that as well, try scrolling very slowly to see if it makes a difference.

Yes and no, you can use it on any computer you like, more then 1 computer can use Blockland at once but they have to be connected (In a house Network) if 2 computers try to use it at once not in the same house you get Disconnected.

Notepad + Torque Script, Blocklands scripts are Torque Script which is similar to C++ apparently.

The majority of Blockland is teens and younger, these a good reason why I don't want people helping other work out the mission editor because we get crap on the forums with fail maps and people loving up there original maps.
