But they have gotten lung cancer from smoking marijuana and died from lung cancer.

Thank you for this agreement. Obviously, just look at the Netherlands. Their drug rate is like the lowest because you can legally buy Marijuana. That just proves it; Make it legal- Crime rate goes down.

In Portugal, the rate was 13.8%, and if fell to 9.9% after it was legalized. The distrubution of drugs, however, is still illegal. Possesion is not.

In her defence, some people, such as my great uncle (now passed away), have no choice but to drown puppies because they can't find people to take care of them, and he can't afford them. So he drowned them in a bucket.

However, throwing puppies into a river is over the top and should not be done like this. That's a public area, whilst drowning them in a bucket for a good reason in a private area is socially acceptable.

I don't know about him, but I would make people have to take a test before they get married/have children. If they fail, they must wait and study for two years before they can take it again; and all the while they are not allowed to have children.

Also, I would make pot legall, because I know people that actually need it for pain killers. That, and I like it.

Marijuana has some negative effects, such as confusion.

My friends mother had cancer, and for pain killing she took morphine lolipops, which null the pain completely. Of course, me and some friends tried one (and only 1) and I ended up breaking my wrist while on it and not noticing.
