I doubt you'll get banned. The rule applies to the drama forum mostly and the fact that A.R.C. is still here despite spamming these forums relentlessly with meaningful and incomprehensible stuff should be testament enough to how loosely administrated this place is.

Most outside-of-drama bans for that sort of thing are usually awarded to serial douchebags and the like.

Well, now that's clear..

It's only temporary. Badspot is nice enough to give you a key at all. You've just been given something nice and you're getting angry because of a number. Next time someone does something like this for you, don't be such a three year old about it.

True story for me:

It was early evening, around 6PM. I was playing a game called portal. I had passed the last level in which I killed this weird robot thing. But then I needed to go to the toilet. I took the short walk of around the door and going into the bathroom to let nature take its place. But something didn't feel right. I heard this strange crow like sound coming from the window. I looked out. I see something amazing. I see an exact replica of the cake in portal on the shed roof.
