He didn't use build bot at all. He just downloaded, loaded, and claimed it as his.

About:
Bot Defense Expanded is a remake of Bot Tower Defense which I made back then.
The things that changed is the fact that there's a new map now which is larger than the Bot Tower Defense.
You don't defend a tower, you would defend a core now. I do have the server right now opened to public in DEV.
