If you like to talk to yourself, become a commentator on various video games. Worked for me.

Usually talking to myself during a game is just mumbles like

"Gotta go over there.. then do that... then get the thing."

"now to see what's in here"

"Oh. Okay then."

Or if I'm in a good mood:
