Debris are client sided effects, you can't have them damage anyone.

It's Debris, the same as with the tank except I added collision detection.

sweet,i could use shrapnel in the satchel charge i'm making.(satchel charge is basically a bomb that looks like a backpack.)

That sounds rather easy to do, it could also put in the chatbox "MEDIC!"
