Mr. big tuff guy like me is more partial to Arnis and Muay Thai, hard strikes and initiative moves, but the skills learned from Aikido are useful; fluidity, recovery, and reaction to name some.My favorite part of Aikido is you can actually make your attacker look 10x more handicapped than he already is.
