Kind of. The crashing was narrowed down to some debug code hanging around which I've removed but haven't had the time to test.

This is default behavior for a dedicated server. If you're happy to edit manually you can go into config/client/ADD_ON_LIST.cs (might be config/server) and change anything you want to disable to -1 instead of 0 or 1.

This handles both input cases, correct? (holding jet key, or tapping jet key)
Any add-on you release containing that code would be failed. The real jet code is within the engine itself - any implementation in the script is going to be tragic.

I can see it now, though it'll definitely be a nice feature.
There wouldn't need to be any lag, downloading a few hundred KBs takes up very little bandwidth. It'd be unnoticeable.

Sure, but you can't upload and download those saves or load them into your server while you're playing Blockland can you?
Imagine just being able to go to the escape menu and click "Load Bricks" -> "Browse Web" -> "Huge Castle" -> "Load"

I've cleared out all the stuffty comments for you - it'd be really decent to get people doing this more - in the gallery atleast.
I'm working on a feature for RTB (http://returntoblockland.com/) which will allow you to post your saves to our website and allow other people to download them and so on, but until that's done I'd like to see more people posting their save files in the gallery forum.
