Sure, so write "by the SS clan" in it - you don't need to reserve your add-on's rights or throw it under an EULA. If anyone did decide to steal it, there's nothing you can do so it's entirely pointless.

It's really cute when kids go and throw huge copyright notices on things so everyone knows they made it.
The RTB doc-block just contains auto-generated versioning information. Atleast try and get it right when you decide you want to bump a month-old thread to try and call me out as a hypocrite.
