i can do all those but get new glasses because my next appointment is a year later and they only have a select amount i can pick from.

alright that will be a good start. if your parents don't understand why you want all these new clothes then be honest with them and explain your situation. im sure they will at least understand if they are narcissistic.

also forgot to mention this but go to a barber rather than a hair salon, they are specifically for men and are way better than greatclips or something and you can usually find one that is the same cost. also GO AS SOON AS YOU CAN or if you have to wait then go before you go back to school.

replace the button down shirts with some t-shirts, keep the flannel. you don't need 5 pairs of shoes, one or two pairs are enough. all black vans or nikes are good. at the least get tan chinos, darkwash slim fitting jeans, black slim fitting jeans.

get some more t shirts at least, with NO GRAPHIC SHIRTS WITH THE STUPID WITTY SAYINGS LIKE "I'm so next level" with a picture of a game controller. If you want to be taken seriously burn those if you have them. good t shirt colors are black, white, earth tones, but get anything that is versatile and goes with a lot of outfits. don't be the kid who wears nike everything

also learn to layer clothing if you live in colder areas. flannel + hoodie underneath is a good simple fit, bomber jacket over a hoodie, bomber jacket over a flannel, dark flannel with a hoodie over that and another flannel over that is good too but make sure the base flannel is a dark color or you might look weird.

smelling good is better than smelling like nothing, get some polo blue cologne or something.

I hate to say it but up you may be the kid that everyone else avoids because you weird them out.
Whether it be aesthetics or an odor, they probably just find you weird.

as someone who used to be this kid a few years ago its super easy to change

dress well, smell good, clean yourself up aesthetically, have a sense of humor about yourself (laugh at jokes about yourself but don't let people walk over you)

He's effectively resurrected.  We're led to believe he's definitely dead, but nope, he miraculously lived.  I guess it's not super far fetched, but it irks me when they pull stuff like that, and then using him as part of their deus ex machina on the cantina planet is rubbing salt in the wound.

its a case of dramatic irony, we know he is still alive but finn doesn't. a resurrection would be seeing him get killed, seeing the body, maybe even have a funeral or some stuff, and then seeing him alive in the next movie.

I didn't like how they resurrected the pilot, it adds nothing to the plot and decreases the stakes (also why Arrow isn't the greatest).

they didn't resurrect him, he never loving died lmaoo he left before finn woke up, he says this in the movie.

The peoples' names are also an issue.  I can't remember 3/4 of them and it's been like an hour or so.  I never had this problem with Luke Skywalker or any of the others - heck, I know who Plo Koon and Kit Fisto are, but they used the names of these new characters put together like 6 times in the entire movie, but I do recall that they're all like 3 or 4 letters long so if I could remember them it'd be easy for me to confuse.
