So I fixed the proportions using them measurements in the OP image and this would be the best layout for your room IMO. Your bed isn't touching your window and you cant see the monitor from outside.

I kept him around all the way through his companion quest and Kellogg never came up again after the brain thing, it seems like a huge wasted opportunity for some crazy stuff to happen, unless they're saving that for DLC]yea i was wondering that too
overall seems like a missed opportunity for the memory den, hope they go back there for future DLCs

i make a ton of loving purified water, sell that stuff, and spend it on buying more loving ammo for my piece of stuff guns! Why am i paying 800 caps to buy 150 loving bullets let me just loving clock you in the head and take em for free! I do one area and then im out of loving bullets again and i have to use the purified water that was stocked when i was in the area to buy more loving BULLETS
this is loving bullstuff i put a cap in the vendor who sells this' head and now i can't get the loving gun?? mutiny!!
