Some forgeter in 1997 put together some skateboard parts or some stuff and they're just now getting popular at my school and everywhere else. "Out of x" ratings are largely arbitrary.The tomatometer isn't a rating, it's just a measure of what percent of people think you should watch it. A show could have a 100% rating but be rated a 7/10, and a different show could have a 90% rating but be rated a 8.5/10. Breaking Bad is more acclaimed on Rotten Tomatoes than Dear White People. You really need to learn your facts before you spew more white nonsense.
I'm willing to bet any movie made in 2017 about muh brown people would get majorly over-rated. It is the media, after all.It's at an 8.8 rating, which is only better than Season 1 of Breaking Bad. Chill out whiteboy.
I haven't seen it, so I can't say if it's bad or not. But I'll tell you this much; it's not loving better than Breaking Bad or True Detective, and they've rated it higher than both. Maybe the first season was incredibly fantastic and I'm just a massive tribal or something, but if this doesn't drop at all in the future I'm going to be pretty confused.
