GoonMod is technically a cheat engine but the way it works is more fair than others. You need to work to unlock what you want, and the prices are reasonable.

Just because you didn't finish something or knew you didn't try your hardest doesn't bar you from criticism. "eh guys heres this build i know its trash i didnt try very hard on it but meh here it is" no that isn't how it works. If someone (or a few people) call you out on your dialed-in terrain, maybe it would be in your best interest to listen without insulting them and then maybe you can grow as a builder.
Overall I give the build a 6/10. It is better than average but it has a lot of squandered potential.
