alright i finally got the fighter jet after like my 3rd try

the trick is to go as fast as you can before you ram the gates (this way there is a delayed military response), then go to the biggest hanger so the tanks cant hit you

Lucky for us, GTA games optimize by pseudo-randomizing. The game randomly selects a group of vehicles to spawn currently based on location, commonality values, etc. However, once this starts, it waits a while to refresh this list. If you find a special, non-one-of-a-kind car driving around, you're likely to find another one if you wait.

Which is exactly what you dod.

this is a gift and a curse :(

walking in vinewood and see 10+ sports cars in a few minutes

car crashes in sandy shores, only see golf carts and souped up volkswagens
