you can't really put a number on it
it's all psychological really, varying amounts of self-esteem can make you look in a mirror and think you look horrid when you're actually pretty good looking, and vice versa.

It's called BDD (Body dysmorphic disorder) when you persist that something is wrong with your face or body.

People with it actually tend to be very attractive.
