Can't give you much, since I've only played the demo, on 2 different (one good, one crap) PCs.
Plus points:
• Very nice graphics and physics Yes. Some of the best out there today.
• Unique "suit powers" system thingy. Yes. The many ways you can play the game with the different modes is really fun. You can throw crap at enemies, pick them up, run around them to confuse them, jump over them to confuse them, sneak around them to "give them a wedgie", etc. Also, in the 1.2 patch that came out a few days ago, you can actually knock enemies down by using speed mode and running at them.
• Realtime weapon upgrades and modifications. Yes. Good stuff.
• Runs alrightish on crappy pc's at lowest detail. Not really. Playing a FPS at 39/fps or less = hard and boring.
Neg points:
• Enemies take about 50 shots to kill even at point blank range. Damage has been modified on patch 1.2 making it so you do more damage, and enemies do less.
• Ammo for the SCAR is pretty scarce (in the demo(?)) Ammo for the SCAR is only dropped by your team mates when they die in the cut scenes. The later levels have ammo boxes for you to pick up from weapon stashes.
• My teammates weren't much help. :( They don't really do much in the first level.
• EXTREMELY abrupt ending to the demo, you see a cutscene, then it goes black and you hear stuff, then you're booted to the menu, without a clue what just happened. What'd you expect from a demo? You have many clues at to what happened. You were attacked by an alien thing as far as you can tell, and then your team mates are getting picked off. You then chase it to a cliff where you are looking down on the creature. I guess you could say it ends pretty bad, but I got the idea of what was going to happen next.
I give it:
8/10, since it's a decent game, but it's still lacking in some areas.
