This thread is entirely about self-made programs for your TI Device (I use a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition, I highly recommend it to anyone who loves TI Graphing Calculators)

If you have a TI Graphing Calculator, take a look at the buttons; if you have a button that says PRGM that means that you are ready to code with TI!

To participate in this thread all you have to do is post any of your self made scripts. You can also discuss about scripts you want to make.

I'll start it off with some useful scripts:


Logarithm Solver

This script will solve a logarithmic equation for the exponent:

Coin Toss

A simple coin toss script:

The script prompts you for a starting number, it then counts down from that number by seconds until it reaches 0:

Money Gained Given Interest and Time

This script calculates the amount of money someone owes you given the initial amount, number of days, and interest rate. This script does use lowercase letters for aesthetic purposes.

Games / A short review of Kid Icarus Uprising

So I got this game today, and it's actually quite good. The controls were hard to get the hang of, and the 3d is hard to get used to; however the game definitely makes up for this with the loving 3DS stand that comes with the game. Yeah because apparently people were too incompetent to hold the system in one loving spot so we needed a stand. Needless to say, I used the stuff out of that stand. The gameplay is very fast, so fast that the tutorial doesn't even teach you some things that you actually NEED to know to play the game, such as: "How the forget do I regain my health, oh stuff I'm going to die." The humor is actually loving wonderful, it can be cheesy at times, but there are many references to the original Kid Icarus.

I've only played the game for an hour, but so far it's pretty good, if not hard to get the hang of.

I'm sure this has been requested before, but I think it would be cool to have another search function that allows you to find servers with a certain add-on.

I could make this mod myself, but I'm far too lazy.

Off Topic / Oh, forgot about my birthday

Oops, I forgot to say it was my birthday on March 17th. :/

Might as well mention that I am seventeen now. Got an iPad 2. Days later, the iPad 3 was said to have an overheating problem, so I'm fine with this.

I saw multiple requests for this item so I decided to make it. I realize that weapon making is not really my specialty, but I decided to make an exception this one time. The weapon itself isn't done yet, however it does have all the sound effects and a decent trail particle. In the future I would like the weapon to equip a Nord helmet to the player, I think it would be funny to see helmets just appear like that.

I am conducting an experiment similar to "Where's George?" in which I write "Gamefandan" on most, if not all, of my legal U.S. tender. If you would like to help in this experiment, simply write your forum name on some legal U.S. tender, post what kind of cash it is (Dollar Bill, Two Dollar Bill, etc.), and finally post the serial number of the cash you wrote on (i.e. B 10205374 D).

It seems as though as that Baddy doesn't want to restart the server thereby fixing this game crippling glitch. I realize that eventually the server will restart itself, but this is just ridiculous.

Has he given up on this, and us, forever?

I will record this using a full version of FRAPS. From there, I will take the video and make it fast motion.

Add-Ons / Server Sound Player v1.1 || Play any .wav file to the server! (REDOWNLOAD!)

SERVER SOUND PLAYER


This is loving mod I made that plays any Wav file (Unless the bitrate is under 20kbps) directly to the server!




READ:

To use this mod, you must, of course, put this folder into add-ons.
After that, follow this instructions:

1. Unpack the zip file and put it into a normal folder.
2. Inside you will find a sounds folder, I have done you the favor of preloading some sounds into it for you. (Put the sounds you want in here)
4. Go to Blockland/config/server
5. In the Blockland/config/server folder, make a txt file called SpecialAdd. (Optional)
6. Open that txt file and list the wav files you want to add. (Optional)
7. This is how to list the files:

- IMASONG
- IMASOUND
- STARWARSSOUND
- LOL
- PCHFT
- GARDEN
- LOLSOUNDSLOL

8. Just start your server and say /specialadd

You have now added new sounds to your server!

To play a sound:

/playsound soundname

DO NOT PUT .WAV AT THE END, JUST THE FILE NAME

To list all the sound you have loaded:

/listsounds

This will output a list in chat of all the playable sounds loaded to the server

To add a new sound:

Put the wav file in add-ons/script_serversoundplayer/sounds
Then type: /newsound SOUNDNAME

DO NOT PUT .WAV AT THE END, JUST THE FILE NAME
This will add and load up a new sound to the server.

To load up all the sounds you have added previously:

/loadsounds

Use this after you have already added sounds either using /specialadd or /newsound and have stopped the server. When you start the server again it is recommended you use /loadsounds


I'm sorry that the mod itself is so hard to use, new versions will prove to be much easier however.




DOWNLOAD

Please redownload and put sound files directly in the script_serversoundplayer/sounds folder.
