General Discussion / Why was onvehicletouch failed?

I had to reinstall BL and some of my build's had onvehicletouch events so i went to go redownload it and it was failed. i didnt know when it got failed and why. Does anyone have a reason why it was failed?

it doesnt work what do i do with the editor file? and once ive done that what do i press ingame to activate it?
