deus isnt wrong - someone whos willing to threaten Self Delete if someone leaves is someone whos subconsciously or consciously willing to emotionally manipulate people or play off their guilty feelings. sure, all of us are guilty of emotional manipulation in some form at some point, but threatening Self Delete and being a creep is definitely past the bounds of normal behavior

staying in contact with people who negatively impact you is only going to get worse over time. dont pressure her too much about what happened before (it may not be out of defense of her "friend" but rather wanting to forget about it), but make sure she's actually taking steps towards reducing contact
