also yeah standards are nice but you gotta work for them too. trade school jobs are better than factory/unskilled jobs, for example EMT training or auto shop. life is stuff starting out (esp without training or higher education, so get some) and you gotta force yourself to work through until you make it to a decent job. i'm still figuring out my own way too after flunking out (managed to get back in after a year and a half of community college) so you're not alone.
multiple languages helps a lot if you really cant find anything nearby cause then you can go to wherever people talk that language and sell yourself as someone fluent in english

yeah dont take the i-told-you-so route, assume best faith and that they already learned their lesson. help them deal with the situation and get retribution/the police involved and act as someone she can ask for advice rather than focus on the fact she made her mistake of staying in touch with the dude.
definitely apologize for saying what you have already said and possibly your insensitivity (not sure what you said so i cant really make a judgement on that here) and focus on recovery/ask if she needs help with anything

« on: December 03, 2018, 07:18:37 PM »part of the reason for this is they have their own large discord community for the sapphireservers brand, and blockland isnt the only game they do (though its where most of the people found out/joined the group)It's basically guaranteed that they're just faking a playercount for... who knows what reason.
Edit: il-Khan conferred with me and apparently it's legitimate, they just don't want to make the server public quite yet but it's still showing unprecedented popularity.
