Try pressing alt, ctrl, and shift, but not together.
If I am correct the key combination to go into full screen is Alt+Enter, so your enter key might be considered pressed for some reason.

why aren't they just removed? that is an easy way to weed out problematic and stuffty admins

You do have a point, unfortunately you can't tell which admins change the server name if I remember correctly.

if you want i could set up a cloud-based blacklist like tezunis; that way harvest members dont have to go through the trouble of manually banning the people that annoy you

It'd be quite simple actually, you could even make it work with pastebin so you wouldn't have to have your own site.
I did this with the Better IP Ban script when users crashing servers was common.

No, there isn't a mask specifically for a bot.
$TypeMasks::PlayerObjectType will detect it, and if you want to check if the object is a bot, just get the class name and see if it is an AIPlayer.
%object.getClassName() $= "AIPlayer"

Honestly was a dumb move to let Administrators have permission to change the server preferences.
But that's more than likely the case here, one of your Admins decided to play a prank and changed the server name.

Yeah I'm sorry, but theres still about 1000+ forum lurkers that only look for RTB, some started believing this and if it wasn't stopped we woudl probably had threads asking for the download. I hope theres no hard feeling. It's perfectly fine. To be honest this was a bit cruel of me to do.
