Here's a pic of the new door handle. I made it to resemble the type of handle used on the Bedroom door, but blocky.

I wouldn't change how the duplicator performs. I would just set a server pref that non-admins cannot use the duplicator by default. Give admins the ability to toggle it.

Well the speed in my video has nothing to do with efficiency of code. It's the timers that I'm currently using for scheduling. Sometimes when I'm coding, I like to see events happen at a slower rate so I can keep up. Right now, all my events are scheduled at a rate of 1/10 of a second. I'll probably make them 1/100 of a second when I'm done. Although, if Randy's is release-ready, there isn't much incentive for me to continue.

Alrighty, here's demo 2.
It shows me using the wrench on a 16x16 baseplate with 64 2x2 plates on it. Then I enter in the command to save the bricks. I place a temp brick of the 16x16 baseplate and enter the command to load the bricks. Voila!

I hopefully I'll have a video of basic brick duplication (e.g. no items, emitters, lights, shapefx, etc) sometime this weekend. I'll be adding all the other things, so don't worry, but I want to make sure that brick / saving and duplication is just right before I add them.

Haha, I doubt mine will be creating all those tempbricks at once. I just set it up that way temporarily so people could easily see its ability to select bricks.
