Self Delete is not a form of natural selection. Although depression is often a property found in genetics, it can still happen to anyone.
Depression is almost always a result of social behaviors, such as regret. Therefor: with advanced civilizations, natural selection no longer applies.
Depression will never cease to exist: Therefor, by stating Self Delete is a form of natural selection, you're stupid and should get a primary education.
That would take the only thing that makes this game special and throw it down the sink. :v
Plus in the past not many groups weren't religious, this would be a fantasy/historical game of course.
