get a pencil and pop it off
clean the keycap and the button
replace button

problem solved, that was hard

I tried to pull it up but it won't budge.

While on skype my enter key got stuck and I tried to pull it up but it won't budge. I don't know what made it get stuck like that because I clean my keyboard and haven't spilled anything on it.
