yes, he is, and it needs to be on par or slightly below the performance I've been talking to you about, and he runs at 1024x768
and already has HDD and CD drive and case and some other stuff

I have windows XP and hate the theme, bored of my normal theme, and <3 the look of this. damn you if you think its ugly.

I censored the name in the picture because it was before adam posted who it was.
