Games / Re: The Elder Scrolls Megathread - 10 Days until Skyrim

apparently there is a 25 minute gameplay video leak that shows the beginning of the game.

Even though its just the beginning I refuse to watch it, so I didn't bother looking for it.

I really should call the local gamestop to see if they are doing a midnight release, moreover to ask if they will even be open the 11th, being veterans day and all.

It's a nice motto. The founding father's would probably have preferred "In Our Creator, Country, and People We Do Trust" if anything along those lines were to be elected as the motto. But "God" is a blanket term, honestly. Though the intention is obviously "Christian" (Although the altruistic nature of this proposal could be questioned, all considering), the idea of Faith has always been a major part of American culture, so it is appropriate. The government isn't endorsing a church, it isn't becoming a theocracy, it isn't forcing anyone to believe anything. If you don't like the motto, do something about it. Have it changed. But honestly, it doesn't divide anyone at all. If your bothered by the word "God" being uttered by the government, then you may have more pressing issues to deal with than the nation's motto. It isn't unconstitutional and it certainly isn't anything surprising - American history is filled with religion and spirituality just as is the history of the entire world.

Personally, though, I think it would be more appropriate if on every dollar bill we printed there be a little note "Spend by next Thursday" with the motto "Trust Me....Please." on top.
In this post, I trust.

anyway, can the moon cycles hint at a future blood moon type thing?
I hope not, but it seems likely.
Wolves turning hostile and stuff.

I don't mind this very so much, but it violates the separation of the church and the state. And you know once you give "This" much to government, "They take this much."
It doesn't violate separation of church and state at all.
This in no way tells you that you must believe in god. god is in our pledge of allegiance and a bunch of other things.

But anyway, why the forget do we have a national motto? I have never heard of such a thing.

I don't like that square moon.

I'd rather it just be:

|||| |||  ||   |           |    ||   |||

if you get the idea (4 lines is a full moon)

He realized that an idea he had ages ago was possible to be made on that day but he just forgot so he went all "oh wow, oh wow, oh wow" and was thinking, if only that idea came, I would make tons of jobs. :D

love?

I don't really care and I'm agnostic.

Who gives a forget what our motto is?
What annoys me about this is that they are wasting time with stuff like this instead of addressing actual problems.

But why would you post it?  The idea of a lets play is for entertainment, not to just make a let's play.  Maybe watching this could change your mind: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOf12fZck7s&feature=channel_video_title
I don't get why you care what he posts.

You are not being forced to watch anything. He wants to do it, so let him, jackass.

But why can't you just play a game without recording it?
Why can't you just let people enjoy doing what they want without complaining about it?
Seriously,
I mean, he is going to be doing the same thing whether he records it or not.

I talk to myself when playing video games all the time (about the game, strategies and stuff), if I spent money on some good recording software and other stuff I would totally just record everything I do.

lol bullstuff!
not really
I have special interestes, but none are listed.

Redheads, small tits (not flat chested, but small), and others I can't think of at the moment.

The poll should allow multiple selections

Though none of the options apply to me much.

If you're having girl problems I feel bad for you son.
I got 99 problems but a bitch ain't one.

...because I can't be bothered to try to get a girlfriend or whatever.
Anyway, it doesn't really matter what you do. It's not like you will be marrying any of these girls. Go with the most attractive one to forget and you should be fine.

^Somewhat agreed, Beethoven Annoying Oranges all.

Well, Beethoven is a classic, but I'd rather listen to video game music than any of his work.
I guess it's just because Beethoven's stuff has been around for so long that I don't really think of it as original work anymore.

At least we can agree that the best composers are video game composers.

anyway, less than 11 loving days
only 11.
11

I've been waiting for like 8 months, but I'm sure these will be the longest eleven days ever.
