I dont get why Alduin is the villain. Alduin is Akatosh and the savior of TES Oblivion. Without Alduin/Akatosh,  no avatar and Martin wouldn't turn into a bad-ass, flaming dragon.
Where is it said that Alduin is Akatosh? I'm pretty sure you're pulling this out of your ass. Unless this was just released or something.

I'll never use anything other than chrome, except to occsionally download things using opera. Chrome's downloading system doesn't work out if you have an internet connection that often drops. If the internet goes out while something is downloading, chrome tends to assume the download is finished rather than suspending it, resulting in a incomplete and broken file. Opera has a good downloading system.

People need to come down regarding PSN being down, it's a free service so it really doesn't matter that it was shut down, you are not losing money.

Everything on ebay seems to be from outside the U.S., they say it would take like a month to deliver.

you are better off spending 10 more dollars and getting the full out wired-only gamepad
Could I have a link to this? I want to be sure I know which you're talking about.

a wired 360 controller is just fine anyways. how far away are you really sitting from a computer when you play games. you still have to use the keyboard for chatting or sometimes game menus.
there is no support for the 360 mini keyboard attachment, i been following that for years and they never did ; ;

plus a wired one is cheaper.
I just already have wireless ones from my xbox which I was hoping to use without buying anything else. But I think if I'm buying something I may as well get a wired one.
Would a radio shack have a black wired 360 controller in stock?

When I plug it in, the installing device driver software comes up and it's followed by saying that an xbox controller is connected using the whateverthecableiscalled, are you sure?

Can anyone help me out with getting this to work? I got a strange random desire to play oblivion with a controller.

I'm using a wireless controller and using the charging cable to connect it to the computer. I downloaded Microsoft's drivers and I read somewhere that I should download Motioninjoy to ensure I would get vibrations or something. THe problem is Motioninjoy is not sensing the connect game controller.

I didn't read it but from your summary, it doesn't seem like anything special. I've always thought that, given enough time people would be god- like. I've also taken that and applied it to the old gods of polytheistic religions. I actually think that all those gods did, in fact, exist but were just super advanced beings from another world.

I downloaded it and played it a while ago. Hours later I killed myself. I'm now a bodiless consciousness left to forever stalk the earth.

Overall I would highly recommend that you play the game.
