My school's homecoming dance always gets cancelled due to not enough people buy tickets to go to fund the dance. Only four people signed up this year, all guys. My school's football team is pretty bad too so I'm guessing they lost the game, not sure though.

what Bisjac and every other negative post said.

They are in no way important enough the the world that we should give money to them.

They also didn't donate money to us when Hurricane Katrina did all that damage to New Orleans, why should we give to them if they would never be able to return the favor?
