Standards, Show-tunes, Jazz, and Early Contemporary Pop. The joy of my life. C:

My favorite singers: Bing Crosby, Noel Coward, Frank Sinatra, Perry Como, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, Doris Day, Bob Hope, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Jimmy Durante, Judy Garland, Fred Astaire, The Andrew Sisters, Danny Kaye, Gene Kelly, Julie Andrews, and Lou Monte.

Those are all the ones that come to mind. :o

You missed the point of it. The way you act towards certain stimuli and the way your personality develops is determined by your environment.
There are multiple fields of psychology which beg to differ!

There is no currency... Except for military currency, that's the whole point of this.
Then what is that "credit" thing you're talking about. It sounds like currency under a different name. If you really wanted to eliminate social class in that way, then either everyone has to get luxury items or no one can. :o

48
Currency does not exist, you are able to buy anything and own anything. Because of this we do not need to buy crap from other countries, we can just make it ourselves.
How do you propose we obtain resources to create these things? Or keep up with the demands?

It makes no assumptions on anyone's beliefs and it makes no generalizations.
"You are idiots and I hate you"
"...It would take and IDIOT not to see this pattern, and that's exactly what you are"
"I refuse to respect religious beliefs and I refuse to respect the people who hold them. Your willful ignorance is inexcusable and it disgusts me"

Umm... :u

I've planned several governmental systems in case of an apocalypse. They all could function well, I think, with zero population growth and corruption would be fairly minimum as long as people were kept mostly pleased, educated, and involved in their government. Then again, this could be said for any system. :o

Please,... so the leading religion in the world is based off a book which, according to you, tells them to turn away from their beliefs.  In fact, the contradictions in the Bible are vastly fewer than that of an Atheist's beliefs.

To be an Atheist is a false claim, because when we follow our own will, we can rightly be called "the gods of our own lives".  Because followers of the Teachings and will of Jesus Christ, as conveyed in the Bible, are call CHRISTians, therefore by no means could anyone be called an Atheist, unless they have absolutely no free will.  Since all humans have (give or take) free will, then they are the followers of their own morals and self-philosophy.  At this point, then, there are no atheists that have free will.
....What?

And why did he want the Holy Land back? Because God promised them the Holy Land.
God promised the Jews the Holy Land. The Pope thought it was good real estate and a nice souvenir from the past. :I

You can argue all you want on this; But war is a worldly thing and it is never just about, of, and for God.

And why did he do that?

No, he did it because he thought they should have the Holy Land back.

Plus the money....

how is the bible any different from any other fiction book
It's sold the most copies? C:

And why did the Pope start the war? Because God/Jesus told him to. Either he personally sent an Angel or the bible told him, but the God wants everyone to be Christian. And Allah wants everyone to be Muslim. SO...

Who is stronger, Allah or the Christian God?
The Pope started them to seize Jerusalem. God didn't tell him to, he took it upon himself. Plus the money....

but god can do everything. parents cant
With the right amount of financing, anything is possible!

The example was a bit disjointed, I realize that. The basic point I was trying to get across is that, at least in my belief, God is a parent. And while a good parent does all they can for their child, part of such is allowing them to fall. It doesn't mean He wants us to. It doesn't mean He enjoys it. And it doesn't mean He isn't there, at some point, to help us back up. But Experience is the best professor and Failure its prime teaching utensil. And if we are to learn to walk, we must stumble. And if we are to learn to get back up, we must first fall....

If god is divine and caring and he can do anything why does he not prevent terror?
If a parent is kind and Loving, why can they not carry their children to success?

Maybe happiness isn't the mean for things to happen. Maybe fear isn't necessarily always a bad thing. And maybe, just maybe, it isn't God's responsibility to solve our issues. :/

PIPA and SOPA were shelved. They may be under going revisions by a committee and then, possibly, brought up again on a later date. ACTA is a treaty. Nothing much you can do about that but amend it, which I think a few countries are trying to do, 'last I heard.

I guess people have just calmed down. :o

It might just be real!
