The boy just needs some direction. He seems like he's very desperate to be respected, in some manner, or maybe he's just being rude. Either way, if we treat him in a non-aggressive manner, he'll more then likely calm down. :D

He seems very temperamental. The boy just needs a bit of work, some kindness, maybe a friend to show him some etiquette. It's best to deal with him kindly, gently, and in a manner that will show him he just much calm down and express himself in an appropriate manner. :)
