Modification Help / Hands Up Animation.

I am in the working on a personal mod for jail RP that allows the player to put up their hands with out sitting then holding crouch the only things I have left to finish are very major(because I suck a scripting).

1. What is the code for the animation for placing hands in the air. (%obj.setarmthread(crouch);   Will this work?)

2. How do I set a keybind so i have to hold the key to keep the action going.

I think there should be car keys like in v8 we had the car key where you could lock your car so no one else could get in till you unlocked it.

Off Topic / New Graphics card

I was looking for new graphics card because my current does not support pixel shader 1.1 or higher which is required for tf2. Also I was hoping for a graphics card that didn't cost too much for what I need. My buget is about $30-$50 at most(lower priced graphics cards would be nice but that's my highest).

I found a guide on updating your graphics card and it suggested if the computer is 3 years old or older you should buy a new computer instead of replacing. Mine is about 6 years old should I replace it?
