I was like 8ish and I would have to say Sammara from the Ring my parents I guess didn't think when they wanted me to watch that one. Now I command everyone go sit on the edge of a well and watch the Ring followed by the Ring 2.

No one suggested this this may actually get you somewhere

Try using the wheel from the hover board as a test and see if they did something script wise to edit its appearance.

The wheel's file name is "hov.dts"

When you know what the issue is then you can fix it so find out what the issue is.

you should make it so that you hide the feet and on the model add two feet to make it look more realistic.

Also to make the front tires not turn for those tires just go into the model and add the tires on to the model its self and then make the wheels so the model is just the collision mesh and nothing that you can see so that the wheels turn but the model looks fine.

Also to turn the player have tried turning the mountpoint in the model its self?
