Many towns will deny wind turbines because rich people move into area like where I live in Vermont to see the pretty view from their home and during town meetings there always has to be a gang of them to say that wind turbines are a bad idea because they clutter up the view. So I personally think this would be a great idea, but there always is those people who think only of themselves.
