Any law regarding the internet is kind of a mess.

Haha hard to prove? loving impossible is more correct who are they going to believe, the possible child enthusiast saying "I never even saw that!" or the tip they got?

Use Google next time.

Gmod (Garry's Mod officially) is by default a sandbox game that lets you mess with almost all source engine games Props/Ragdolls and also the physics of course, it gives you a bunch of tools to fool around with also.

Now not by default it is the base for a metric forget ton of mods and gamemodes, if you get bored with one thing in Garry's Mod there is always something else to do.

I haven't learned LUA but my guess learning LUA takes Garry's Mod to the next level where you can really mess with the Source engine. (This really makes it a sandbox game)
