How to have an efficient computer:You're handicapped.
- Don't install stupid things to slow down your computer.
- Don't do stupid things to break critical files in your computer.
- Don't have a bunch of stupid things running at the same time unless your computer can handle it.
- Don't get malware.
if all else fails, get better hardware. Really most of those "fix-it-and-go-faster" programs are just money stealers for people who don't know better. Typically those kinds of people believe that a $400 used Dell inspiron desktop from 2004 will work as fast as a top-of-the-line desktop and that "DownloadMoreRAM" works.
