Off Topic / Re: Morning jogs
« on: June 08, 2009, 05:24:41 PM »
Oh I have to get up to run at 7:00 for about 3-5 miles everyday (excluding Sunday and days I weightlift).  Then there's always Saturday where I'm suppose to run twice as much.  I'm suppose to end up running something like 46 miles each week or something.  Cross Country isn't that bad, its somewhat good for me.

Can the application include variables and etc, or does it have to be done with default events?

Drama / Re: The Blockland Apocalypse. The noob uprising.
« on: June 07, 2009, 09:42:45 PM »
I have a friend with a higher BL ID than me (around 10500), but he is still a great builder, admin, and friend.  He can copy most of my designs or even come up with better designs.  He never asks for admin, unless he needs it to accomplish a task.  He also really doesn't do anything I find dumb or "noobish".  Unforinately more people are just joining now so that they can really do nothing.  They won't even build (other than spam).  All they do is log onto a dm server and mess around.  My cousins would be 2 more of this "noobish" type, only they would be worse.

Here's what is like when I show them Blockland.
Quote
Cousin1: Hey how do you fly a plane?
Me: Can I show you something first?
Cousin2: If its quick.
Me: <shows a very big, detailed build>
Cousin2: wow, your addicted
Me: Your point, your addicted to Toontown.  At least this has something to do other than throw pies at robots in some dumb tower.
Cousin2: Actually I prefer Runescape.
Me: There are multiple Medieval Rpgs themed like Runescape, not to mention Medieval Rpgs all together make up more space than Runescape.
Cousin1: How do you fly?!
Me: You lay this brick, then wrench it then select a plane.
Cousin1: <hijacks mouse, jumps in plane, crashes, then accidentally hammers the vehicle spawn> how do you fly again?!
Me:<Repeats process>
Cousin1: what is this hammer even for...oh...how do you..
Me: Don't try again you may hurt yourself, or me, or I may end up hurting you.
Cousin2: How do you shoot?
Me: You press ctrl + k
Cousin2: <trys it> ok seriosly now?
Me: ok its f4 to open up the gun selection
Cousin2: <trys that>
Me: Good job you offically have failed.
No respect for Blockland, just its guns and planes.

Drama / Re: Clan topics with no information.

Why do we need a clan discussion anyways. It is not like it lives past 12 minutes.
Most die before they where even posted, but the flaming can continue up to 72 hours afterwards.

Drama / Re: Spaceblock - Religious spam.
« on: June 07, 2009, 09:13:34 PM »
There are alot of Drama topics made from Super Puppy's server.  You can find lots of people there that are rather dumb and have no clue what they are talking about.  Spaceblock might of knew what he was talking about, but he didn't explain it very clearly.  If he was trying to get you to follow god, he probably shouldn't of spammed.

Why can't there be other smart Christian people that play this game.  Almost every Christian tends to seem really stupid.  There are a couple though (I might count).

Suggestions & Requests / Re: Blockland for Wii
« on: June 06, 2009, 11:09:35 PM »
Might be hard to build or talk, getting extra addons might be hard.  This might work though.  If it went out for Wii and if there was a bit off advertising for it, lots of people would probably get it (compared to the number right now).  It though would require lots of work, to put it on the Wii, and I don't think Badspot is quite upto that.

If he did though, I would buy 3 games.  1 for me, and 2 for my cousins so that they can stop complaining about (oh I would, but I can't download anything on my PC)

Well I did download Combat Arms, but how do I start.  After I installed it, it didn't create a desktop shortcut.  I tryed opening it in other ways, but nothing has worked so far.

Help / Re: My Music Files Don't Work!
« on: June 03, 2009, 03:50:14 PM »
To make a music file (the one that comes from a music brick) make sure that its a mono (one track) sound, as well as an .ogg.  Also remember that your file must look like the following music.ogg -no spaces and a .ogg at the end.  To make it Mono, that is another more complex tutorial.

you can get G-mod+tf2 and get HL2 props, and yes G-mod is how they made half-live full life
I'm guessing you could get the vice versa of that.  And also thought so.

-edit-> downloading Combat Arms right now, looks like it will take an hour, and probably more if it needs to be installed.

Combat Arms looks good.

and Well

Fallout 3: Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, loveual Themes, Strong Language, Use of Drugs (could it get worse)

Half-Life: Blood and Gore, Intense Violence  (a bit better)

Might work, probably not though.  Wasn't Half-Life + G-Mod how they made Half Life Full Life Consequeces.

if your looking for a good puzzle game, i suggest world of goo, you can buy it on steam, i have it, it has a desent story line, and its fun, look it up on steam
(no gore or blood or nothing.)
I've heard of that game looks a bit fun.

I was going to suggest Combat Arms since you can customize your own weapons and fight other players, or play a co-op mode, but, you said no long downloads so I guess that wouldn't work. GMod is pretty fun. It's a sandbox game.
I could download it, thing is if I start at lets say 10:00 it will probably be about 3:30 when its done.  Doesn't G-Mod require a base game such as Half-Life or Portal?

Anyway here's a question:  LoZ, Twilight Princess is it fun/worth it?

oh and what games do you own and/or played at a point
For MMOs, lets see Runescape got me started (I hate that game now). Then I tried PotCO (Pirates of the Carribean Online) that was ok for awhile.  My cousin suggested Toontown, which fails and shouldn't even ve considereed a MMO.  Theres AoT which I'm just got done with.  I'm not sure if Blockland ever really counted, probably not.  Other than that nothing really.

I don't really want to get into another MMO, because I will get addicted and waste my life when I could be playing a funner game (aka waste my life in a funner way).
