The Bill points out Mexicans specifically, and so it's racially profiling. And there are quite a few tribal cops in Arizona, I'm sure they wouldn't mind ruining the day for a Mexican.
Also SUSPECT of being illegal. That is what they do already, it's not a big deal.

It allows them to quickly resolve the matter without calling the problem and whatever else they do. Also it is called a driving license, you wouldn't have to carry around birth certificates...

What about tribal cops?You have to show them proof of birth. So if you're Mexican, you have to carry your personal documentation in Arizona. This bill effectivley mandates racial profling.
I'm against illegal immigrants, but still.
