I've never gotten addicted to anything. Then again, I kill most enemies long distance and sustain little damage. Go me.

Just get hex editor and add (c)pixel to the end.
Well yes, but Hex Editor cannot edit Cave Story's scripts. Cave Editor does both.

Yes, rubber ducks are Nemesis' level 3 projectile. Does 1 damage.
Nemesis gets weak as it gets upgraded FYI.

Humans are a stubborn species. I doubt we'll die out THAT easily.

That's cool. The sprites could use work though.
Yeah, I'm still trying to get a concept for the tileset/weapon sprite edits.

DoubleToast: Screenies from the new mod I'm starting out to "Spice Up" Cave Story's already awesome plot.
Beta Spur Sprite Edit. Replaced with AK-47 for now.

Curly is swapped with Quote, and it's no longer a case of "Silent Protagonist"

THAT BALROG'S A TOASTER.

I'm still deciding where to go with this, and hopefully make the sprites less "modern-weaponish" and more "spacey".

Yay edits. For those who want to know how I made kerfuzzle's with the games sprites and script, go to www.cavestory.org, click "downloads", "modification tools" (or similar), and use CaveEditor. You can't use anything else because CaveEditor is probably the ONLY program to open PBMs. Paint afdg it up, because each image has (c)Pixel in hexidecimal code. Paint removes this, corrupting the image.

I'm so glad people are enjoying this game. Maybe now I won't be the only (insane?) person who thinks Curly and Quote have a..."Special" relationship.
Heh. Heheh.
Oh, and uh, if you first-timers need halp with getting the best ending, I'm available.

Edit: The crevice is one block wide, on a level with those annoying jumping skulls under the blocks.

Horrible game without mods, unstable game with or without them.
I agree with "unstable". Always freaking crashes freezes on me when I enter a small area.

No Regulith. After you beat the Sandzone Boss, those giant stones move and there is a small crevice where Jenka's house is. Take the dog to her.
