Hey guys! i've been looking at BAN for a while now and eventually decided to app :)
LITTLE STORY THING:
In the year 2304 earth became under attack by a alien species, they launched missiles from their planet to ours with devastating effect.
The people of earth wanted to fire back but a quick look at the alien's planet said 'No can do' the planet was surrounded by meteors and asteroids, hundreds of thousands of them that earth missiles couldn't fire through. The leaders of earth had pressure pushing on them, the civilians wanted to hit the aliens back so they quickly designed and built the 'Herpous class' meteor destroyer and sent 200 of them to the planet , this destroyed most meteros allowing missiles to be fired at the planet, after the war the ship was added to nearly all spacefleets so it could make short cuts through meteor fields.
