Suggestions & Requests / Submarine

I know its been suggested alot already but we have a lot of Planes,Cars,Boats and random things but no submarine. I was thinking that if you pressed the space bar it would rise and if you pressed shift it would sink , maybe look like the image

well i was thinking like maybe we could have magic shields,medievil shields,and modern bullet shields?
i think the sword and shield was done in V8 but i dont think it blocked anyway good idea?
