Help / Server lags whenever a player joins

So when I have a server up and a player joins my servver, my server lags for a few seconds, probably 5-10 seconds. Anyone know what the problem is?

Replace the spams with non-spammy bricks and re-color the building. Other than that, it's great! You build better than me.
