He means a Laser Designator. Like, you point it at something and when you left click it'll fire a little non-damaging laser to wherever you point. About one or two seconds later, missiles will rain down.

Guys, anything on the 24/32-bit .tga? Danke.
Edit: It said 24-bit RGB or 32-bit RGBA. Can I change this manually? I'm using Gimp. Paint.Net doesn't support .tga.
